Saturday half day 27 people 151 rock fish. Saturday twilight 18 people 54 rock fish. Sun 9 hr north coast 14 people 13 lings 124 rock fish. A big south ground swell is to blame for the low numbers this past weekend dirty water made for tough fishing yet, look for fishing to pick up as things turn back to normal.

Sat morning 9/8 we had limits of rock fish Sat twilight (afternoon trip) we had 26 people and caught 178 rock fish. Sunday half-day we had 26 people and 120 rock fish

Saturday's twilight we had 215 fish for 29 people fishing over the local reefs off Santa Cruz, North Monterey Bay. Sunday, we ran a full-day to deep water up the coast and had rock fish limits plus 13 Ling cod for 28 anglers on board Legacy.

Our 7-hour trips have still been the best bet for fishing. We have been consistently returning back with limits of good quality fish. Local reefs half-day trips have been hot and cold last few trips have been half-limits with mixed bags of fish. On today’s half-day we had 216 rock fish for 29 people.

Stagnaro fish report: Local reefs have turned on, we are catching a lot of mixed quality fish. Limits reported on both boats a few days last week. The 9 hour North Coast trip came back this Sunday with 140 nice quality rock fish along with 22 Ling Cod, largest being 18 lbs. Yet, the big fish of the week was on the Velocity and was caught locally. A large Ling Cod weighing just over 30 lbs. So book your trips now, folks! Fishing has been turning out good numbers and great times for all those who join us. Thank you and we look forward to having you aboard.

North Coast, Father’s Day – they caught limits of Ling Cod for 12, and near limits rock fish up the coast. Saturday, the 1/2-day trip boated 160 rockfish for 20 anglers on Velocity.

The 4-hour trips are picking up slightly as we head towards summer. Mixed bags of fish and size. Our 7-hour deep water cod trips have been producing some good quality fish. Great size Coppers and Canaries, Lings have been hot and cold our biggest day was two weeks ago with 42 being caught on a 7-hour trip. Where? Well that's the Captains secret.
